Terms of Use

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars.

All items will be sent to your nominated delivery address. At checkout please ensure the delivery address is correct, as any parcels returned to us as undeliverable, will incur a re-dispatch fee. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for dispatch of your items.

Returns & Refunds

Le Chat will accept items for return within 14 days from when the package is received by the consumer.

In order for the goods to be eligible for return, goods must be new, unused and and accompanied by a Tax Invoice. All item/s must remain it its original packaging.

The consumer is responsible for all postage costs when returning goods. Le Chat will not refund the amount of any postage incurred for the return.

Faulty Items

In the event the customer receives items which are damaged or faulty, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Le Chat via the “contact us” page on the website in order to be eligible for a return.

The item/s will be assessed and if eligible, a replacement item/s will be shipped (if available) to the customers address. If a replacement is not available, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative.

Clearance and Seconds

Please choose carefully as Clearance or Seconds item/s may have slight imperfections. Goods sold under this category will NOT be accepted for return.

Credit

If the item/s returned is eligible for refund, the amount of the goods (less postage) will be credited to you. A staff member will be in contact with you to arrange the re-imbursement. From the day of contact please allow 21 days for the funds to be cleared into your account.
